Reimagined Living in Havelock North

Originally a modest two-bedroom cottage built in the 1960s above a masonry basement garage, this project involved a complete transformation of the home.

The basement level was reconfigured into additional bedrooms, while a substantial new addition to the front of the house created space for a master bedroom suite and new garage. The renovation also included an enlarged deck, a redesigned open-plan living area, a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom, and improved indoor-outdoor flow to create a more modern and functional family home.
